The passenger window had this check list on it & wanted you to know if this meant the oil and coolant had been changed or just checked for adequate levels? The van is fun and gets an unbelievable amount of attention at stores & gas stations. You would be amazed. A very normal old van to you, but most Americans have never seen one and are amazed.

The car arrived just as described and Mr. Ken provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, making it seamless. All of my questions were answered and the car arrived in no time.

The service was great, and Ken helped me every step of the way. Fast responses and proactive information. Getting my car was as easy as it could be! Thank you!

I used kizuna auto export last year to import my butter yellow Suzuki Carry truck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was well-organized and the rep assigned to me (Mr. Ken) was quick to answer questions and proactive with guidance every step of the way. The import process does take time, and I hit a few bumps getting the truck registered here in Florida (not uncommon with kei vehicles), but Mr. Ken provided everything I needed to get it sorted out. They clearly know the process well and understand the hurdles buyers might face on the US side. The truck itself is everything I hoped for, and I'd highly recommend Car From Japan if you're looking to import a JDM vehicle. Just be patient with the timeline - good things take time, and these folks will be with you the whole way.

I received my truck yesterday, thanks for the help throughout the process!
